Thursday, April 10th
7:30am - Check-in; Player’s start “screenings” following check
9:00am in (players in team workout gear, be sure to bring shoes) Rotation of physicals, HT, WT, Hand & Arm Measurements.
9:00am– Rotation of Broad Jump, Vertical Jump, and Bench
9:45 am - Warm up for 40 yard dash.
10:00 am - 40 yard dash, shuttle, and 3 cone.
10:30 am - Positional workouts
11:30 am - Players shower
12:00 pm - Lunch
12:30 pm - Coaches gather their players – Facility tour
1:00 pm - “Chalk Talk”
1:30 pm - Depart
